Prefabricated elements for a cushion all around or for self-assembly as a cushion strip of steel pipes for absorption of thermally induced expansion movements or changes in length, suitable for each outer diameter.

Sustainflex cushions are formed in sheets with trapezoidal elements to absorb movements of pipe systems directly laid in the earth.

Depending on the requirements of the cushion thickness also several cushion sheets can be mounted above each other.

Sustainflex cushion coating are used for wrapping the cushions attached to the tube to avoid damage of the cushion elements during the construction activity as well as to prevent ingress of sand into the cushions.

Delivery in rolls for self-assembly on site.
